According to the aforementioned institutional framework, the competent authorities of the Labor Inspectorate are entrusted with the supervision and inspection of the terms and working conditions of posted workers in the territory of Greece and of the service provider (undertaking), when he is established in the territory of Greece, as well as of the workers who are posted to another member state from Greece.
