Employees have the right:
- To receive a copy of the employment contract containing the essential terms and conditions within two months of the start of their employment or at the end of their employment relationship, if this lasts for a shorter period.
- To receive the document drawn up by the employer for any change in the details of the contract, within one month after the occurrence of the change.
- To receive compensation in case of termination of the contract by the employer (dismissal) and provided that their employment relationship exceeds one year.
- To receive compensation in the event of termination of the employment relationship in case they qualify for a full old-age pension.
