Among the responsibilities of the Labour Inspectorate is the examination of any complaint concerning violations of labour law submitted to it in any way. The Labour Inspectorate keeps confidential the information and sources from which the complaints have been brought to its attention.

Submission methods
The complainant may submit a complaint, anonymously or by name, in one of the following ways:

The call is forwarded to the call centre of the Labour Inspectorate during working days from 9:00 to 15:00, where competent officials record the complaints and all the necessary data and information mentioned above.
All complaints are registered in an electronic system and forwarded to the competent Inspection Department, either the Labour Relations Department (TEES) or the Occupational Safety and Health Department (TEAYE), depending on the subject of the complaint.
- Through the online anonymous complaint service.
By choosing the ‘Electronic Services’ button, users are referred to the home page of the electronic services of the Labour Inspectorate. From there they can select the ‘Anonymous Complaint’, where the relevant form for filling out the details of the complaint will then open. Please note that the complainant is not required to be a registered user in order to submit an anonymous complaint. Once the complaint form has been completed with all the mandatory fields, it is submitted and assigned a reference number and can be printed. At the same time, it is automatically forwarded to the competent Inspection Department, either the Labour Relations Department (TEES) or the Occupational Safety and Health Department (TEAYE), depending on the type of the subjects of the complaint chosen by the complainant.
