Prohibition of violence and harassment at work

One innovation by Greek law standards is that the prohibitions expressly include harassment and violence at work (‘mobbing’) as a stand-alone prohibition disconnected from the concept of discrimination; it may occur during work, be linked to it or arise from it, and may take place in particular in the workplace, on journeys to and from work, in work-related communications, including those made through information and communication technologies (Article 4, Law 4808/2021).
