Article 14 of Law 4808/2021 makes it possible for legal persons and associations of persons, including trade unions, that can demonstrate a legitimate interest, to bring a claim on behalf of the affected person or intervene in their favour before competent administrative or judicial authorities, provided the affected person has given written consent for this. The affected person may in any case intervene or terminate the procedure.
